Jibsheet Cleats  

I guess this is standard fare, but I replaced the stationary cleats with these swivel style with fairleads.
 
With the old ones, you had to climb (usually down) to the leeward side of the boat to cleat or uncleat them.
 
With these, it is easier to do from the windward side.
 
I replaced the wood screw installation of the old cleats with through-bolts, one of the holes was able to be re-used.

 

 
I didn't go for winches right now because of cost and the fact that these cam cleats work fine with the kind of sailing I normally do. For the same reasons I did not install any tracks for the turning blocks.
